  Following the successes of Rising (GroundUP Music 2019), and their years touring the world, House of Waters is excited to release the next chapter of their music. With reimagining of two older pieces, House of Waters shows the potential of what the development of a composition can sound like. And it is exactly this curiosity that emerges as the common theme in each of the five pieces on their latest EP “Where I Wander.” Alongside their reworked compositions, sits two brand new pieces focused on the progress, isolation, and reprioritization that we’ve all experienced over the last few years. These new compositions signal a new direction for the band, and hints at their path forward. In the middle of the EP lies the title track, and is an improvisation devoted to the moment. With House of Waters’ strong background and unending pursuit of music as a practice of presentness, their new EP is truly a glimpse into the minds of these two prolific composers.
